Hi
I have a similar issue that I see others have reported, that the Nest Doorbell (Battery) won't charge when unmounted.
Had it fully charged before mounting it the first time, and how I want to charge it again.
I have tried several chargers and cables, and the result is the same. The white light does light up (flash or constant).
What to do now? Anybody had the same issue, and found a solution?
Hope for a solution.
Regards
Klaus

As no suggestions to solutions was provided, I chatted with Google Nest support, who advised me to do a hard reset. Have done that not, removed the doorbell from the app, and set it up again. Now it is charging as excepted. Hope it will stay that way 🙂

Even though it is not indicating that it is changing (no white light), it went from 48% to 69% during 12 hours of charging. But it is defiantly “broken”.
