Has anyone successfully had their failing/peeling Hello doorbell replaced??? I tried contacting support but they stonewalled me and informed me that if I didn't have a receipt they couldn't proceed. I tried explaining to them that it was purchased from Costco - their suggestions was to contact Costco for a receipt of item purchased well over a year ago. Absolutely absurd. The unit looks awful, hard to believe this thing was made for outdoor use.
