Despite having a 24hr 7 day schedule setting, my Nest Doorbell camera keeps switching off. I've tried resetting it and reconnecting the wi-fi (router is within 20 feet of the device) but still keeps happening.

Also, I cannot see the camera (when it is on), when trying to view anything via the Nest web pages. (https://home.nest.com/) - it appears to be trying to connect evert second or so but never shows the picture. Tries on both Windows 10 Via Chrome and Microsoft Edge, as well as on Mac

Been away for a few days.
Re camera switching off - tried removing camera from network and re-installing, also switching from no schedule to a 7 day, 24hr On schedule - same thing happens.
On the web page, tried deleting all cookies - no difference
If I click on the camera part on the web page, it does show me the live view

Would you mind letting me know what internet browser you're using as well?
This is stumping me because it works in some instances and doesn't in other's.

I've tried Chrome and MS Edge on Windows 10 plus Chrome on my two Mac machines.
The first fundamental issue is the camera keeps switching off.
