Nest Doorbell

Installed my Next doorbell and cannot get the inside door chime to work????  Installed the jumper module as instructed and still no inside chime.  Transformer has no markings to indicate what voltage it is.  Also I have 2 chimes in the house, upstairs and downstairs.  Disconnected the upstairs chime and still nothing downstairs.

Next steps to take?????

I found this old cached solution from 2019 on wiring for two chimes; it's from the old Google Nest Help site that's since been moved, so it can't be viewed anymore except from the cache:

https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:KEiQ9k8-pGgJ:https://support.google.com/google...

If this link doesn't work for you, try searching for "wiring google nest hello with two chimes" and then select the "cached" search result.

(I'm just another Nest customer.)
