I'm a little (ok more than a little) frustrated because I've found other threads discussing this issue, but Google doesn't really provide any real solution to the issue.
I purchased my doorbell camera in June of 2022, and just started having issues with it in the last week. I travel often for work and rely on the live feed of my Nest Doorbell to work, but the last time it worked was last week Monday (today is Wednesday of the following week.) I'm also quite worried because my 1yr warranty ended last month, and none of the suggested "fixes" have fixed my issue.
My camera records events and even notifies me when someone rings my doorbell, but i cannot get the Live Feed to work.
The feed says that the Video is unavailable, with an error reading "the camera may br unreachable or saving battery."
I've soft reset the device once, hard reset twice (having to reinstall/re-add it in my Google home app), removed devices from my wifi to free up bandwidth (i pay for 1g speeds so I'm not even sure i needed to do that), i cleared the cache and data from my Google home app, and i made sure that my phone was on the latest software version.
I'm really disappointed as I really liked the service (nest aware) and how my camera was functioning up until last week. A lot of the reviews show the only fix is to replace the whole device, which I'm okay with, but seeing as I'm a little over the 1yr warranty i assume i would have to pay for a brand new unit 😮💨
Any type of help to get the current device working as it should be, is welcomed.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, what is the light status of your Nest Camera? Do you have a Nest Aware subscription? Could you share here the steps you've done to hard reset it? Looking forward to your response.
