How can I add this existing doorbell to a new android cell phone ?

Can't you just log onto the Google Nest app using the same credentials you were using on your old phone?
When we've gotten new phones, we've just transferred everything to the new phone and logged on as before.

I installed the Nest app on the new phone. No Login option but my name showed up as logged in already. The only option available was to add a new device. I tried that and was advised my doorbell was on another account (mine) and needed to be removed. My existing doorbell was not showing as an option to use.

It sounds like you somehow managed to get yourself logged into the Google Nest app with an email address and password that are not the same as the ones you were previously using on your old phone. That explains why the only option you have is to add a new device. Log out and log back on with the credentials you were previously using.

@DavidSarasotaFl, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, how many home structures do you have? Please check if you created a new one and your Nest Doorbell is added to the other home structure. Let us know your update here.
