Doorbell warranty claim - no response AGAIN

Hello,

why is the Google customer service so awful?

 

I opened a thread, answer all your questions, the tread then gets closed as apparently someone is contacting me. Does the contact actually happen? No it doesn’t!

 

why are you making this nightmare more of a nightmare by giving your customers the run around? 

Why can Amazon solve a warranty claim in minutes and it’s taking Google weeks and weeks?

 

come on Google, there are plenty of competitors to your products who I’m sure would be happy to better serve all your loyal customers.

why is the process sooooooo sloooowww?

 

Are existing customers not important to google? Why does something so simple and pretty important when it comes to brand loyalty, take so long? Is the hood that we forget and go away?

my enthusiasm for buying a google product in the future is disappearing fast unfortunately.  And that is a real shame as I have a lot of google products ☹️

Seriously?? I filed a warranty claim nearly 1 month ago!! Why will nobody respond to this? Is this normal?
