Nest Hello Camera

My Nest Hello is connected to WiFi, but the camera is offline. I have tried resetting it and it still doesn’t work. Anyone else have this issue and got it resolved?

Have you had this camera a long time?   My Nest Hello lasted about 4 years and I ended up buying a used on from Ebay and  it is still going strong.

You probably did this but if you haven't try restarting your cable modem and/or wifi router?
