Hi, I recently requested assurance with a 1st gen doorbell that is having some outside peeling issues. I was told someone would email me but I have not heard anything. I checked spam to be sure. It's okay if I just need to continue to wait. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't forgotten about.

Since Google Nest says they "cannot" replace peeling doorbells that are past the 1-year warranty, we bought silicone "skins" on Amazon to cover the peeling shards on two of our Nest Hello Doorbells.

It would seem kind of silly to fill out a form if nothing can be done about it.
But, I was also concerned that I never received an email for which the last thread mentioned.

I’m waiting on a follow up email too concerning the same issue with my nest doorbell. My doorbell looks just like yours in the picture you sent. Hopefully we hear something soon.
