I want to delete my Nest Hello as it cannot connect to wifi. This is a useless app and I am disgusted with it.

I'm just another Google Nest customer (with 3 Nest Hellos) and you may have already had it with Google Nest. But during the install process (starting at about 2:00 in the video on the page below), did you have your Google Nest Hello Doorbell close to your WiFi router or WiFi access point?

If you just want to delete the Nest Hello from the Google Nest app, go to Settings for the doorbell and select "Remove camera" at the bottom of the screen:

@Dermot55 I'm sorry if you're having trouble removing your Nest doorbell from your app. To confirm, what app are you using? Also, when you say that nothing works do you mean that you can't remove it from your App or there's no option to remove it? If so, can you share with us the screenshot of your app settings?
