I purchased a Nest Hello from Walmart almost two years ago and couldn't figure out how to install it, so I stored it. Returning to try installing again and realized I had been sold an open box with all of the accessories missing: wall plate, chime connector, and screws.
Is it possible to purchase just the hardware kit to finish installation?

I'm having the same problem. I'm missing the wall plate. Google customer service told me because the warranty is expired they can't help me. It's ridiculous. I'm not asking for anything for free I'd be willing to pay for it.
