I can unfortunately now join the folks who have their Nest Hello peeling - I've had it for a little under 2 years, under shade. Support is telling me I am out of warranty and they can't help. Nice to know that I am paying for Nest monthly, have bought several Nest cameras & Google products and I won't get support for something that shouldn't be happening with a product that is meant to be outside your home.
Hoping someone can help from Google/Nest.

Sorry to hear - I am waiting to see what happens and if nothing it will go to YouTube; joining the rest of the reviews - even if I can deter a single individual it will have helped. I do like the doorbell yet no point in financially supporting a company that doesn’t stand behind their product and customer(s) imho.
