Hello. Since I am being ignored by Nest support, I wondered whether I might get a response on here? My Nest Hello facia is peeling after a year or so of moderate weathering. It is clearly not designed to be outside.

Be careful if you have to send your doorbell of to them, you may never see it again. 6 weeks they have mine now, and no reply. That's correct isn't it Brad?

I can understand your frustrations with these delays, but I must tell you that I do not process the Replacements myself, I only send through the request for one. Which has been done. I am sorry to hear you are still waiting for your product, but we appreciate your patience.

Patience, do you think 7 weeks is enough time to wait JUST for an answer? NO, that is stupidity. Sending my doorbell for a replacement was a huge mistake, and you have not helped one little bit. When ever I ring the support, they ignore my questions with stupid remarks like your one. Senior Support Karen, has NEVER replied to my emails, or returned phone calls. Do you think that is the behaviour of a senior person?
