Nest Hello doorbell (no phone) chime works fine. With phone, only short ding sound barely audible.

Tried playing with settings in the Nest app.  Doorbell chime works when the Nest Hello is not connected to a phone.  Once the link is setup, I only get a soft ding sound.  I would like it louder and possible the ding-dong as before connection.  Doorbell chime has moving parts.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I would check your phones sound for alerts and sounds. It's definitely a fairly loud alert, so it may just be your sound settings on your phone. Please let me know if you need anything else.
