Nest Hello: green light on, but no blue circle, no video, not possible to connect to wifi (anymore)

Hi,

I had a working Nest Hello. However, the chime didn't work. I disconnected it, so at that moment there was no chime attached. Response on phone was OK, video was OK.

I connected a Google mini. It worked!

I disconnected the wires of the old chime, tested and still all worked.

went away, came back... nothing worked. I had a green light (not pulsing) but the blue circle was gone.

I changed the transformator inside (it was 8, now 24). Didn't change. 

Did a reset, even a reset to factory default, no blue circle ! Still this little gfreen circle that tells me: all is OK.

What is wrong??? Shoukld I chaneg my Google Nest Hello? Did something brake? Should I re-install a standard chime (now the two wires are not connectd to anything...

Please, who can help!

Hello,  I'm an end user like you and I'm not sure what is going wrong but it sounds like you are doing all the right things.   You may want to open an official support ticket with Google and speak with a tech person.   If you go this route be prepared to spend about an hour as they will want to go thru a number of trouble shooting steps that you have probably already done.   Here is the link.  After you answer the questions there will be a way to speak with a Nest tech person on the phone.

If they get you going please return here and let us know how it got fixed.
