Nest Hello has missing lens cover

I’m looking for a way to get a replacement lens cover for my Nest Hello. It fell out on its own and disappeared. Appears this has happened to a lot of people. I contacted customer support and they said there was no way to get a replacement. Was wondering if anyone out there has found a fix?
