Nest Hub Max gaps in event history

Is anyone else having issues of gaps in event history?  I see large gaps saying no events detected when I know for a fact that I have been walking by my hub max numerous times.  I checked the wifi settings and it has a strong signal to it, so that is not the issue.  I have 24/7 event history and want to go back and check things, and now I can't.  I'm getting really aggravated with all the issues Google has had with the Nest Hub Max.  It seems like it's always something.

This may not explain what's happening to you, but Google Nest's cameras have a built-in, non-configurable "cooldown" period after an event occurs. So, our cameras and doorbells may not flag a half-dozen events and send a half-dozen notifications in a 5 or 10-minute period just because we walked in front of the camera a half-dozen times in that time period. All of the events will be recorded if you have a Nest Aware Plus subscription with 24/7 history, but only the first event may be flagged as a detected event.

A year or two ago, a Google Nest Community Specialist posted a chart in this forum of the "cooldown" periods for each camera, varying by type of event and type of subscription, but the post was deleted shortly thereafter.

Thank you for your response, however, I'm talking about hours of a gap,, not just minutes.
