Nest IQ Outdoor stopped working

JH2

I have a Nest IQ outdoor that just all the sudden stopped working. I figured it might be the power supply or main line and I replaced both.

I have several around the house and this one just stopped. Its about a 1.5 yr old. Purchased from best buy or home depot. I purchased a used one on EBAY and it now is working in its place.  Looking for a replacement.

I have tried all of the following with zero luck as well after reading other forum posts:

  • Have you tried to factory reset your camera? YES
  • Do you see any status lights on the camera? NO
  • Do you see any physical damage? NO
  • Have you made any changes to your internet connection? Or Router by chance? NO
  • What other troubleshooting steps have you completed thus far? NEW POWER UNIT
