Nest Outdoor camera

I have a nest outdoor camera which is not being recognised by the app or connecting

I have power to the camera 

I have tried factory resetting, deleted and re installed the app

when I try to connect a new device it picks up the camera but states the message this camera is connected to another account

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. Do you own this camera? Are you the original owner of it? Or have you moved where there is already a device set up? Once I have more information I can assist you further.

Thanks for the reply
I am the owner of the camera and have been from new
I haven’t moved it or changed anything
It stopped being picked up by the app about 6 months ago and whilst trying to reset I was forced down the route of setting up a new google account to link the camera to but that did not work but the camera started to work ok until a few weeks ago and whatever I try isn’t working

How long have you had your camera for? I am wondering if it may be possibly dying? Is it receiving it's required power requirements? I would check to make sure that your cameras Power Requirements are met. I look forward to your response.
