Hi, I have a Nest Wired Doorbell that has gone offline. The green dot light remains active on the doorbell. All troubleshooting steps have not helped.
Appreciate any guidance.

Yes your help is needed, Same as above problem, doorbell is green, but it’s offline on the app. Wi-Fi signal is strong. Sometimes it works after a hard reset, but gets into same problem after week or two. Its a wired doorbell so it should work above -20C.
