I can't access my nest aware plus and add my doorbell. Anyone know how I can, please?

Sorry to hear about that. Are you signed in to the correct email? Your Nest Aware and Nest Doorbell should be in the same account for it to work. I would recommend signing in with the email you are using to pay for your Nest Aware and check if your devices show up.
