Offline cameras

I have 2 next outdoor cameras, one stopped working a few months ago it will not connect to internet & the other goes on & off line all day/night most of the time if I have a problem & need to look back on cam it’s not recorded as it was offline nest cams are a waste of time @ Money

Sorry to hear about that. Let's see what's going on. A few questions:

1. What type of outdoor cameras are you using? 
2. What is the color of the LED lights while it's offline?
3. How does it reconnect to the network?
