Nest battery camera won’t transfer to my Nest app from my Google home app?

I’ve set up two cameras on my Google home app as it won’t allow me to on the nest app but unlike my other devices on my Google home I don’t get the small nest icon in the top and when I open the nest app the cameras are not showing. My ring doorbell and indoor cameras all show ok. Any ideas please?

Those of us who have purchased the new Google Nest cameras and doorbells released starting in the fall of 2021 have been discovering that they work ONLY with the Google Home app and do NOT work with the Google Nest app or the home.nest.com website even though they are Nest cameras and doorbells.
