Hello, I purchased 2 outdoor nest cams about 3 years ago. One of them just noticed that it has a condensation problem, making the image very blurry. What are my options to get this issue fixed or replaced?

One option for now is to contact Support and review warranty options, if applicable.

There was an older post about this, and the employee gave a link to a troubleshoot page, but the mods locked the page due to age, and the link no longer works.
“cleaning “ is no more than wiping the exterior. Nothing in cleaning helps with interior condensation.
I have condensation in 1/3 of my outdoor cams, and the doorbell is peeling after 2.5 years.
