Suddenly from 2 days ago, camera indicated the battery goes off but when we installed it by ADT, it is connected to the power already so it is weird for this message. How can we figure it out?

That should NOT happen. We've had a 2nd gen Google Nest Indoor/Outdoor Battery Camera for almost 4 years. It is plugged in outside (under a camera shade to provide some protection from the weather) using the 10-meter optional power cable and has gone through Minnesota winters and summers without ever depleting the battery, and it's always "Live" and online. I'm not sure the camera can be powered with the 1-meter charging cord that comes with the camera. The power cable needs to feed towards the FRONT of the camera and the USB plug (which is a bit flimsy) needs to be seated securely in the bottom of the camera. When we go to Settings | Battery, it always says "Plugged in" with an infinity symbol, unless we unplug the camera, in which case the battery has always shown at between 77% and 100%. If your camera is on a switched circuit, the switch should ALWAYS be on. When plugged in, the camera should be running on household current.
If you can't resolve this, perhaps you should contact ADP.
