Nest cam iq replacement or refund

How long does it take to have a problem resolved? My nest Iq outdoor is broken. I asked for advice through here and gave all my details to "BradC" over a month ago. I cant figure out how else to chase it up. I really want this working, or a refund for one that does work. But at present im talking to a brick wall.
