Yes, the floodlight will turn on in response to motion, but there are also a lot of other settings and options available, including voice support and device control for your mobile device. I actually couldn’t resist and bought it a few weeks ago!  It’s terrific, I really love it - we even upgraded to Nest Wifi and a bunch of Protects, too.  Thanks for checking in!
