Nest camera can't be setup bc of G suite usage

Hi,

I just bought a Next Cam (battery) for my own house and I can't set it up bc I receive the following message on the Google Home app running on my iphone 12.

"sorry g suite accounts can't be used for migration"

I get this error message after agreeing to supplemental nest terms (roughly the sixth step in the setup) after going thru earlier steps including the barcode scan. I have no previous nest account nor used any nest products. I logged out from the gmail app on my phone but it did not help.

I'll appreciate it if you can help me while keeping our g-suite subscription.

Note: Your search engine references the title of a previous inquiry but it has since been deleted and is unreachable.

Are you signed into the Google Home app with a Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) account? If so, you'll need to sign in with a normal consumer Google account to setup your Nest Cam.
