Still need help, no resolution. Odd thing is that I went from having preview pics or clips in all notifications, to spotty previews (sometimes there, sometimes not) to zero previews.
And how the heck could I troubleshoot this, besides the occasional restart of my phone, which does not seem to be the root of this inscrutable evil.
Is anyone with this issue, using a Samsung phone? I know that we have had some issues with notifications on the galaxy phones from what I have seen, still working on a fix for that. No ETA to provide, but I hope it is fixed soon. I can only suggest to restart your devices, check your settings to make sure that you have the right settings and notifications turned on. Please let me know if you are still having these issues.
Yes, STILL having the issue, and yes, it's a Samsung phone. S7 Edge. It's been restarted, but not the Google h/w (wifi points, outdoor cam, Nest doorbell). If they otherwise are working normally, why would a restart affect anyhing?
