Nest camers

Hello can anyone help me please ive been trying to get my outdoor camera to work but it just wont connect and its basically next to the router so its close enough ive deleted app and reset everything does anyone have any idears before i bin it

I did a factory reset last week and resolved my problem. I cannot speak for the OP, however.

+1  my doorbell camera showing offline since about 7:30am est and I've not been able to reconnect it.

Hey there,

 

I am terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue! I would love to assist you with this issue. If you are having issues with your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, I would suggest that you first start by restarting it. 

 

Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.

Hello, I've done the reset which lasted about 5 mins then went it back to the same thing still not connecting.  I've lost count how many times ive reset it, so im looking at other systems now too much hassle.
