I have used this camera successfully in the past, but not for several months. I plugged it in today, and the blue pulsating light around the land turns on. However, when I open up the nest app on my android phone, it tells me I am not connected and there is no video.. I'm not sure what to make of this. any help??

Try giving the camera a full reset, delete it from the app and then re-add it. Also, and you likely already know this, any of the cameras released in 2021 are no longer compatible with the Nest app. They only work with the Google home app. However if your device is pre-2021 then you’re using the correct app (Nest).
