Nest door bell 1st generation not giving any notification.

calling for help everyday for the past 7 days- all I get a new ticket number and Tech tell me case escalated with seniors but I never got any response  and my doorbell still does not work.

I am so tired and frustrated with with google service- specifically with Nest Doorbell.  At this point it felt like leave google
