Hi @Keith
Sorry to hear about that issue of wifi connectivity. I haven't had the issue with my Nest doorbell but I also have my wifi router placed relatively close to the nest doorbell (battery). My best guess is that your Nest doorbell is too far away from your router, causing it to constantly drop connection. Try to temporarily relocate your router closer to the doorbell to see if it fixes the issue. If it doesn't reach back out and we can try something else.

Hi there, folks.
Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. Thank you, MrVacca for all of your assistance thus far! I would like to help find a solution to this issue. It does sound like even if your Nest Hello doorbell is near your wifi, it sounds like you may have a pretty low wifi signal if the camera is going in and out of connection.
Once we have more information, I would be more than happy to assist you further.
Best Regards,
Brad.
