Nest doorbell / Charge

My doorbell is not wired.  Normally I take it down every 2-3 weeks fully charge it with no issues.  But for 3 weeks now it will not charge more than 3 days worth after 5 hours of being plugged in.  

 

Its only 4-5 months old.  

Can I get it replaced?
