One of my nest cam batteries will not charge.
It has been plugged in for 3 hours or so and it has remained at 39% the whole time.
I have ensured the cable is plugged in properly and not damaged or twisted.
I have tried it with another known good cable and adapter as I have several cameras.
The white charging indicator is lit when its plugged in.
Ambient temperatures are well within optimal charging requirements.
Essentially i need to lodge a warranty claim by can't find where to do that.

First try waiting overnight to see if it charges, if not here is where you submit warranty claims.

Hi folks,
Thanks for isolating the issue with your camera. Were you able to file a warranty claim as suggested by MetalGlacier? Let me know if there’s anything else.
I appreciate the help, MetalGlacier.
Thanks,
JT
