Nest doorbell battery not giving notifications

My nest doorbell (battery) stopped giving notifications on motion, persons and etc, after charging.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. A few questions: when did it start happening? Did you receive any notifications in the past? Were there any changes to the Wi-Fi network? Are there other family members who can access the camera? Do they receive any notifications? Has the camera been moved recently? Also, are there any Activity Zones set up for the camera?
