Doorbell doesn't record events or notify of events anymore. Battery is completely charged and on the mount properly but isn't work anymore. Even with settings changed and zones added, it doesn't do anything. Advice?

Thanks for reaching out! Let's check — did you receive any notifications in the past? Were there any changes to the Wi-Fi network? Do you use email or push notifications? Are there other family members who can access the camera? Do they receive any notifications? Also, has the camera been moved recently?
