Nest doorbell/camera

For some reason my wired doorbell doesn't connect to the wifi. I had to change my router a couple months ago and ever since then it won't connect.  I called customer support  and they are still looking into the issue I'm having.  I rebooted it many times. I even tried to use a different cell phone.  Nothing is working.  Doorbell does light up blue but that's it. @members has  anyone else had this issue?
