Battery lasts 6 days only

My Nest doorbell is 1 year old and the battery now lasts only 6 days after being fully charged. Does anyone else have this problem? What should I do to get a replacement?

Does nest or Google sell the chime connector. Mine seems to have shorted out and no longer works. Came home one day to the door bell just buzzing. Then nothing after that.
