Hello,
After only a few years our Nest Doorbell (Hello) has started peeling and cracking with no sun exposure and no wind / rain. It’s like they designed them to fail. When I called tech support they said I was out of luck for a replacement, and they would not even consider a discount on a new one. Geez. What a lousy company. Google is worth almost $2 trillion and they are screwing customers like this. Wow, cannot stand behind your product?
