Nest doorbell does not cast to hue hub.

Hey Experts. 

I bought a nest hub with screen gen 2 and I bought a nest doorbell with battery. 

When I press the doorbell I get information on all products that someone are at the door. From the phone I can connect and see the camera.

On my hub it says the camera are off and screen are either black or grey with no picture. (Which should work).

If I say hey Google show me frontdoor the camera shows on the hub and I see the Livestream.

So my question is why does it not go on screen when someone ring the door bell ? 

Notifications and all are on. No other network issues.
