(need another category, not sure 'Casting Issues' fits my problem.)
My wired Nest Doorbell/Camera recently quit announcing on the Nest Hellow products and rings intermittantly. The camera is online and recording incidents. I've read that the 'internal battery' wears out and, if discharged, prevents connection briefly. If so, can that battery be replaced? If not, is there a solution other than buying another doorbell/camera?

The internal battery on all 3 of our Nest Hello Doorbells have failed. This causes the doorbells to go offline for a minute whenever the doorbell button is. One workaround is to turn off the "Indoor chime" option for your doorbell. This means that your indoor doorbell chime will no longer ring, but the doorbell no longer goes offline. We instead rely on "Visitor announcements" on our Nest Hubs.

Hi everyone,
@Palopetes, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, do you have the wired or the battery type? Which app are you using to control your Nest Doorbell? Do you have a mechanical or electric chime or do you have a Nest speaker?
Looking forward to your response.
I appreciate the response, MplsCustomer.
Regards,
Emerson
