Literally just today, the wired Nest doorbell I have had installed for ~ 3 years thinks passing cars are people. It has not been moved, or otherwise tinkered with since installation. I keep getting notifications saying a person is at the door, only to watch the video clip and a car drives by.

This has started for me as well and I am beyond frustrated with google’s downhill products. It’s not a zone or change on my end. This has worked for over a year. Google has changed something. If I pay for a product I expect it to work.

Hey Sarah22,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. A few questions: are there other family members who can access the camera? Do they receive the same notifications? Has the camera been moved recently? Also, are there any Activity Zones set up for the camera?

Thanks,

Archie
