If you search on this forum you will see MANY other people reporting the same problem. If you camera is less than 1 year old then it is still in warranty and I think Google will replace it. If is is out of warranty then you are out of luck. If you want to try you can open an official support ticket with Google here:

It's ridiculous that Google sells an outdoor doorbell that disintegrates when you put it outdoors. Then since it's over a year old they won't make it right.
