Nest hello doorbell video retrieval for more than 5 days

Hi,

I have a Nest Aware subscription to enable 5 days of doorbell video recording. To review an incident, I need to retrieve the video for the 6th day. I looked at the video but did not download it and now it is gone from history. Is there a way I could get it back?

Would it be there if I purchase a 60 days subscription now?

Google Nest only keeps history for the length of time specified in our Nest Aware subscriptions.  To keep it longer would mean Google Nest was secretly keeping our video history for longer than our subscription authorized.

When you get a 60-day event video history Nest Aware subscription, the new history that is longer than your current subscription BEGINS to accumulate when you purchase the subscription. Again, Google Nest is not secretly maintaining video history for longer than our subscription.
