Nest hello, spooky sounds theme not working

I have changed the theme on my nest hello to Spooky Sounds for Halloween but the change hasn't applied to the doorbell. I have restarted the doorbell, changed the setting back to default and then back to spooky sounds on multiple devices but nothing seems to work. Is there anything else I can try?

Sorry I don’t have the answer, but just to let you know mine has the exact same problem

Randomly working now, not sure of the root cause as I did nothing to fix it.

I am so sorry to hear that these fun, spooky sounds are not working for you! I have seem that for some, if you restart the Nest Hello, it tends to work after that. Not sure if you have tried already, but give it a try and let me know if you still need assistance.
