Nest home page preview

On my Android phone it used to show a preview of my cameras, now the thumbnails are black with a spinning wheel, if I click the thumbnail my cameras are there just no preview.

I have this exact issue.  I have two different locations with separate internet connections.  I work for the ISP at my home location, so I know it is not my network or the ISP.  My family members see the same thing as I do...No preview on any cameras at either location but the cameras are able to be viewed when selected.  Anyone have a solution?

There is a currently known issue with the camera live feeds not loading correctly. We've been advised that engineering is looking into this.

Update and Solution: I just went to my app store and upgraded the Nest App.  Problem solved.  Try that @Dustin3088 .
