No chime fron nest hub when button pressed on nest hello

• When the button is pressed on the nest hello,  our nest hub displays the camera image but no sound 'there is someone at the door is played.  The visitor feature is enabled.

That should only happen if you have "Do not disturb" turned on on your Nest Hub.

Checking in — have you checked your Nest Hub if the “Do not disturb” setting is turned on? If so, try turning it off then let me know how it goes.
