Nest home screen just loading can't see my cameras

Are you using the Nest app on your mobile device or on a computer? If on a mobile device, follow the steps below:

1. Check for any iOS or Android updates.
2. Uninstall the Nest app, restart your phone, and then reinstall the app.
3. Test to see if the issue persists.

If you are using a computer, what is the make and model? What is the operating system? What browser are you using? Also, is it a business or personal computer?
