Nest indoor camera

I lost my login information for my Google account and now I’m trying to put my cameras on my new account, but it will not let me type removed from the old account which I do not have access to. What do I do?

If you can't recover access to the account they're linked to, Nest support may have a way to help. If they can help, you will likely need to show proof of purchase.

  1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
  2. Select "Camera", type a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
  3. Click "Other", then click "Next step" until you see the contact options.
  4. Choose to get a call or call or chat with the team as available in your country.
